Last night, about half way down the Daily Mail Online front page, was this story :
Typo gaffe in multi-million pound ad campaign to promote Britain
When you’re rolling out an international ad campaign costing £25m, you had best check for typos …
However, slightly further down the same page, we see this :
Adrian Bennett, spent £1,200 and 150 hours lovingly building his 120 break-horse-power jet-powered machine
A classic case of ‘people in glass houses’ …. and all that.
Not saying that I’m prefect but it’s amusing all the same.
.
Tip of the hat to our Sub Ed, Joe Public, for spotting that one ;-)

More likely thicko than typo. The amount of reader comments pointing out errors in online DM articles is well lots much.
I agree, you’re not prefect! (perfect? Typos are infectious!)
;-)
Not sure that I’d want to brake any speed records in that…
