Example Of Tax Return Accuracy

Here is an excellent example of the importance of filling in your Tax Return accurately. I can’t, for the life of me, understand why the HMRC Tax Office returned this man’s Tax Return. Apparently they claim that his answer to the question “Do you have anyone dependent on you?” was unacceptable. It looks totally acceptable to me ….

      • Yeah… when the shit hit the fan she jumped on her broomstick.

There are literally hundreds of these cases up and down the country where small businesses are left without the means to exact redress tottering around shell shocked.

The insolvency practitioners / liquidators are commonly as I understand it on percentage – due diligence top of the menu?

I have heard of one case locally where an agricultural contractor was bankrupted even though he was arranging payment with one department – he came up on the liquidatable database at enforcement central and he was raided as per Abbey Forwarding… nearly topped himself.

  4. How about the legal profession Max ? Legal Aid is a good little earner, not to even mention the Police with their Corruption, blackmailing, back -handers, lies, pay offs from the press, false evidence and set ups, all supported by the Government. Plus of course all the enquires and commissions the tax payers have no choice but to pay, that lead to nothing. Some of the ridiculous Court cases that suck untold amounts from us, and the salaries the defence lawyers receive.

And while I am at it……….. our EU contribution.

I sure I could think of some more, but I need a Brandy now to get over the enormity of this question !
